Talk about lifesavers, ghd's were the hair invention of the century!
They tame frizz and they keep hair poker straight, they look great too. But boy are they expensive!
So when we saw the special edition Christmas collection arrive on Asos we were up in arms! Yes we love them, yes they're great, but are they really worth all that cash?
The Christmas set comes with a travel hairdryer, baroque silver and black ghd's and a vanity case for your hair products! It's a real beaut and it's also £155!
Suck it to us Sugarscapers, have ghd taken it too far? Shouldn't they be lowering prices like we're seeing with all other technology? Shouldn't there be a more affordable option for those of us not flash with cash? We're in a pickle! Do we let beauty win or do we admit to ourselves that for £155 it's just not worth it?
Maybe they'll make it on to your Christmas wish-list, but personally we think they're a big ask! Let us know your thoughts Sugarscapers, and make sure to tell us if you have a pair of straighteners that out-do the spectacular ghd's on quality and cashflow...
