Joe Jonas fights back at rumours he's hearting Hilary

When pics of the middle Jo-Bros outside Hilary Duff's LA home we thought there might be a new Hollywood love story afoot.

Unfortunately the truth is much less exciting - his parents are her next door neighbours.

Joe has been enjoying single life for the last eight months after splitting from Camilla Belle, the actress he dated after dumping Taylor Swift.

He's since been linked to Demi Lovato and the Duffster was rumoured to be his latest love interest, but Jonas insists otherwise.

"My parents are her next door neighbours. I was leaving my parents garage, (when photographers) must have been waiting for Hilary Duff. Their garages are right next to each other."

"So, as I'm walking out, they take a picture of me, saying I'm leaving Hilary Duff's house."

Hmmm...what would you think if Hilary and Joe got together?
