We love it when we discover a new band and then they make it big!
Have you found a band on myspace that you can't wait to share with everyone else? Have you got friends that have formed a band who are hotter than the sweat off Alex Turner's brow? Have you seen a live act and loved the support more than the main act itself? If yes we want to know all about them!

We want you to tell us which acts you LOVE! Not only could your act be featured on Sugarscape (we're doing a new one everyday throughout the whole of March for our special new music month) but the one with the most comments by different people on your bud will win loads of music related goodies! Think gig tickets, cds, dvds and signed memrobilia!!
To get the ball rolling I am going to start. I found an absolutely amazing band from Reading called The Colours, they are made up of Tom - the edgy lead vocalist, Tom N - the cute looking bass player and Tony with the dreamy eyes on drums.

The-Mag reviewed the band and said: "The Colours have been causing quite a stir in the press recently … Whenever I see a band for the first time, there's a little hope somewhere inside that I will be blown away and fall in love with their sound, attitude, look, everything. On this night I had that blissful experience. If this band aren't on the national consciousness by the end of the year then I'll find an old hat and eat it."

I'll second that! I found The Colours on MySpace, you can see more pictures of the lads and listen tosome of their songs here. You can also download their brand new single Something New on itunes! What are you waiting for? We've already got everyone in the office humming along to their cool tunes
To enter email me at rebecca.brett@hf-uk.com and tell me all about your band of choice, we want to know why you think they are amazing and why other sugarscapers will love them too, how you came across them, who your favourite member is, what your favourite song is... well just tell us everything you know!
