At least it’s not made of Mother Monster's blood…
Lady Gaga tweeted the first official photograph of her new perfume, Fame and in true Gaga style it's like no nothing we've ever seen before.
But unlike most perfumes that are clear, the perfume is black.
She tweeted: “And here it is! The first official photograph of my perfume. It's called FAME. The First Ever Black Eau De Parfum.”
The gold lid of the bottle is clawed just like Gaga's own talons. The rest of the bottle's design is sleek with all focus on the black liquid inside.
Gaga first revealed a picture of the perfume on Wednesday after images were leaked online.
She tweeted: “Looks like photos of my perfume are being leaked. Oh you fashion editors I could just crinkle my hands at you!”
She later tweeted an image of the back of the packaging, with clues to what it might actually smell like.
It reads: 'Tears of Belladonna, crushed heart of tiger orchidea, with a black veil of incense, pulverized apricot, and the combinative essences of saffron and honey drops.'
The packaging also reveals the perfume is ‘Black like the soul of fame but invisible once airborne.’ Apparently it’s ‘an innovation in fluid technology.’
When asked whether there would be a male version of the perfume, she tweeted: “My perfume was designed for women, but a lot of my gay friends wear it.”
There’s no indication yet of when the fragrance will go on sale or how much it will cost.
