Says he’s just pretending to be affected…
Tameka’s son Kile was killed in a jet ski accident last month.
According to TMZ, in light of this, Usher has asked the court to delay the next hearing of the couple’s child custody battle.
In his request, Usher says the hearing would cause "unnecessary stress and strain" for the family "in the immediate wake of this tragedy."
Usher also claims the court might be swayed in Tameka’s favour because she is still grieving the death of her son.
But Tameka is keen to go ahead.
In documents submitted by Tameka's lawyer, she said Usher’s claims of suffering "stress and strain" are "BOGUS."
She claims: "[Usher] visited Kile in the hospital only once" during his 15 days on life support.
She also claims to have asked Usher to tweet "Please pray for Kile” but he refused, instead posting a picture of his breakfast tweeting: “Breakfast of Champions."
Tameka wants the next hearing to go ahead on August 13 as planned.
