Ladies & Gentlemen, this is what we call,a disagreement
The Earthquake singer is due to perform his new single Beneath Your Beautiful with Emile Sande when the live performances kick off in a few weeks time - but isn't too happy about it, by the sounds of things.
He told The Sun: "I've been forced, A lot of people think I hate X Factor and think it's s***. I'm just being honest about the way it works. I think artists who take their craft really seriously don't go on it."
We're not sure what Simon Cowell - who signed Labrinth to his record label Syco back in 2010 will make of the singers comments, but we can't imagine he's going to be jumping for joy.
However, while Labz may not be a fan of the talent show, he has nothing but nice things to say about Uncle Simon.
He recently told MTV that Simon "got involved with me cause he likes artists that kind of have their own integrity and they control their creativity.
"For him I was a kind of a one-stop-shop… Yeah I think he was happy about catching a fish like myself."
What do you make of these comments? We can't get the image of a cross-faced Simon dragging Labrinth by the hand towards the X Factor studios, telling him off like mum would a stubborn toddler.
