That's what the promise of shirtless 1D action will do...
The official release of One Direction's hotly anticipated 3D movie This Is Us is still a couple of weeks away, but the frenzy has already started, with Directioners started an actual riot outside a special preview screening of the flick this weekend.
Actual police had to be called to The Grove shopping center in LA after chaos ensued when the hoardes of fans that turned up to watch the film realised that not all of them were going to fit into the cinema.
Some dedicated Directioners has been waiting since 3.45am for the 10am screening, but began to panic when it became apparent that there were far more people than seats.
According to the Los Angeles Times, people started storming the theatre in an attempt to get through the doors, with a (probably terrified) usher calling police to help with 'crowd control. Eeek.
One cinema-goer told the newspaper: "They charged and went straight past the ticket takers for the doors of the actual theatre screaming, 'Let us in! Let us in!' It took about a half an hour before a police car came with two policemen in it. They started calming kids down and shoving them outside."
A fan added: "When I got inside, the red ropes that block the entrance to the theatre were on the floor. It was pretty scary because people were tripping on the floor and pushing and stuff like that."
A classic example of the One Direction infection, eh? What do you make of all this - reckon security will have to be stepped up when the flick is officially released on August 29th?
