Pamper time is important but sometimes it can be expensive, here's how to do your own pedicure in the comfort of your own home!
It's nearly summer again, time to put away those trainers and shoes and bring out the flip-flops! Hooray! Make sure your feet are flip-flop fit with this guide to doing your own pedicure.
- Remove any nail varnish to start with a clean palette

- Apply a peasize amount of cuticle cream to the cuticles and rub in before soaking your feet in a bowl of warm water. Because the skin on the soles of your feet is rough, the longer you soak your feet the softer the hard skin becomes - therefore easier to remove the dead skin.

- Remove the feet from the water and pat dry then using a metal foot rasp or pumice stone gently remove the hard skin from areas on the heel, toes and balls of the feet.
- Be careful not to rub to hard - keep checking the area to see if you can feel any remaining hard skin.

- Moisturise your feet to keep them hydrated after all that abrasive action!
- Now for the fun part - the nail varnish, here are our three faves:
