FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT! The Sugababes aren't so sweet after all as reports claim the band are in a legal war with ex member Mutya!
We can't actually remember who the original members of Sugababes were but reports claim the band are in war with ex member Mutya over the rights over the band's name!
As the band launch their new album Sweet 7 ex-bandmate Mutya Buena has apparently applied to trademark authorities to reclaim the band's name as none of the original members are in the band itself. Fair dos.
While Mutya riles over royalites, Heidi from the band comments 'Our record company owns the name, so there's no conversations about who owns the name.' Phew.
We wouldn't know what they'd change their names to if Mutya wins the battle, Sugacubes? Leave your suggestions below.

It is really anoying tht i can't mind the original members but I like them now ns I like the new member Jade but I think they should change the name coz it don't belong to them any more x

i liked the sugarbabes when it had Keisha, Hiedi and Mutya in it but now their awful. the original members were Keisha, Mutya and Siobhan but they split up about 2 yaers after they started!

i think Mutya should have the name back seen as she partly made it, there just using the name now for publicity - get rid of the name and if they're still good they'll sell records wont they so they have nothing to be afraid of.

OMG.... There is no orginal sugarbabe in that band!!!! I used to like them but now i think they are awful!!!! grrrrrrr
