We've been waiting for this US hit show, True Blood, to make its way from across the pond to our TV screens for a very long time now! So with only two days left of being patient, we thought it was best to alert you now, because we think you're going to like this...

The vampire falling in love with the mortal girl is a bit Twilight-esque, but do you know what's great about this? Instead of waiting months and months and months for a film release to find out what happens next, this will be on every week, as we watch the romance between vampire Bill and waitress Sookie blossom. But not without problems along the way.

And the twist? Sookie can read people's minds. With all those voices around her, that must be incredibly annoying! Watch this clip from the first episode when Bill asks Sookie out...
