Lottie Mullan sings that it's cool just to be yourself and we couldn't agree with her more!

Singer/songwriter Lotte Mullan realised she was born to perform at the age of just 14 after being introduced to a Beth Orton record by her crush.  Well, the romance didn't last, but Lotte had more than enough to sing about!

Country girl Lotte left her Suffolk home for the bright lights of London and she has just kicked off her debut tour, playing schools around the UK.

Her first single Alright with Me was written as a response to her sister being bullied at school and is all about accepting and loving yourself for who you are. 

We love Lotte's soft, sultry voice and her quirky, feel-good lyrics.  She sings: "My lips will never be like Angelina's and my hips won't fade away."
