Stepping out for an excellent cause
The celebs headed out to Trevor Live last night, the annual gig thrown by The Trevor Project; an organisation providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning youth.
Miley Cyrus took to the stage to perform The Climb;
Lady Gaga was given the Trevor Hero Award for her work with the LGBT community, and genuinely seemed pretty humbled by the whole experience.
"This award means more to me than any Grammy I could ever win," she said.

Gaga has spoken before about how affected she's been by the tragic suicide of teenager Jamey Rodemeyer, who took his own life this summer after years of bullying.
