Little Boots (a.k.a Victoria Hesketh) has been our top 'one to watch' in 2009 and we just can't get enough of her icy, electro pop tunes.

We fell in love with her ultra cool singles Meddle and Stuck On Repeat, but it's her glittering russian doll style that makes her that extra bit special.
