Miley headlined the Concert for Hope in LA!

Joined by Demi Lovato and Jesse McCartney at the Nokia Theatre in LA, the Disney stars grouped together to support the City of Hope Charity. The hospital is a cancer specialist and the money goes towards the all important cure.

Wow, what a brave little girl, never mind getting up on stage and singing in front of millions of people, how about fighting a terrible disease at that age?

We honour Miley for taking time out, as well as donating $1 from every ticket she sells on her Wonder World Tour, but we really admire those kids and teenagers fighting their battle against Cancer. We hope the concert brought them hope and we hope they all get well very soon!
